BookmyStall is a Stall Aggregation Platform for the exhibitors participating in the Mega Trade Fair, to
purchase stall space(Stalls) in the exhibitions of GS Marketing orgnanized in 12 different cities . By
Connecting Event Managers and Stall buyers in a single platform, 'BookMyStall' will be a Market Place for
Stall Space.
By Using this platform, GS Marketing sells its Stall Space. And the Stall Buyer should check and confirm
with the company before payment from his/her side. Any problem faced by Stall buyer should be informed to
BookMyStall before the Event closing time. BookMyStall works as a facilitator only, to pass information of
Events.
A visitor uses the Bookmyfair app to find and book tickets for them and their family. They can also go through all the exhibitors and products that are to be showcased at the exhibition before the event starts. Discounts and offers from all 700-800 stalls in the exhibitions are provided in the app. The visitor can make an online payment through netbanking, UPI or any other wallet and visit the exhibition.

The first two weeks were spent adopting Agile processes, code review, and refactoring best practices. Sprint planning, daily standups, weekly reviews, and monthly retrospectives helped integrate our team. Regular team visits also helped engineers understand GS Marketing's vision and culture better.
We created the cross platform app using Ionic and Angular and Javascript for both iOS and android devices.Before mobilizing the development team, we wanted to add value to the platform so that it can easily penetrate the market. We conducted research on various fitness apps available in the market and decided to add pre-existing key features to the platform. Apart from creating value, it also helped us to quickly roll-out the new custom apps as majority of the features were already covered in pre-existing features.
We built a custom Ionic native native app. Bookmystall has great reach among different exhibitors across India and 23 International Countries.
